What does the change mean for me?

There is no change to how you normally talk to us or manage your accounts, as your accounts will continue to be managed by PRA Group (UK) Limited.

Our communication was for information purposes only - you do not need to do anything.

Is there any change to how I manage my account?

No. You can get all the details and manage your account - from working with our helpful tools to making a payment(s) - when you access your account online.

Does this impact my payment plan?

No this does not impact your payment plan. If you are paying by direct debit or debit card we will continue to collect your payment on your chosen date.

If you do not have a payment method for your payment plan please continue to Log in or get in touch as normal to make your agreed payments.

Why have you transferred my account?

This transfer of your account is part of an internal restructuring at PRA Group. Your accounts will continue to be serviced by PRA Group (UK) Limited and this will not impact your relationship with us.

Is this going to impact my credit file?

If we report on your credit file, the change of ownership will have no impact on your credit file and will continue to be reported as it is now.
