PRA Group would like to invite you to take part in research being carried out by StepChange Debt Charity.
Both StepChange Debt Charity and PRA Group will be using the anonymised findings to identify better ways to help and support customers and to understand the goals of people who have sought help with their debts.
Completing this survey is completely voluntary, and please be assured that PRA Group has not shared any of your personal data with StepChange Debt Charity for the purposes of this research.
