What happens when I send in paper mail?
– There may be a slight delay in us receiving and processing the information you have sent us, however this will be completed as soon as possible.

Am I still able to send in cheques and postal orders?
– Yes. We are still accepting cheques and postal orders, however please be aware that there may be a slight delay in processing these. If you would like to change your payment method during this time, please contact us or alternatively you can set up an arrangement through our website. Find out more about our online payment methods

Do I need to contact you if I’ve not had any response to my letter that was sent over 14 days ago?
– Yes. Please contact us by telephone or email in order to understand whether this has been due to a delay or if we have not received your letter.
