If you choose, or you are provided with, login details, password or any other piece of information to access your account, you must keep these private and confidential. You must not disclose it to any third party.

We have the right to disable any user identification code or password, whether chosen by you or allocated by Us, at any time, if in Our reasonable opinion you have failed to comply with any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Making a Payment

You can make payments on Our secure Website by clicking the Pay Online button or ’Ready to pay?’ button on the home screen. You have two options to login, either using Name, date of birth and Postcode or using your  Customer Reference Number and Web Password (you can find this on any letter or statement from PRA).

Once you have logged in, please then follow the prompts on screen to make a payment. If We do not currently hold your Name, DOB and Postcode on your account or you do not have your Reference Number & Web Password to hand, then please call Us on 0800 877 2772 and We will be glad to help.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

The English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to the Website although We retain the right to bring proceedings against you for breach of these conditions in the jurisdiction of your domicile or any other relevant jurisdiction.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales.  However, if you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.

Severability

If any clause (or part of a clause) of these Terms and Conditions should be found not to be valid, lawful or enforceable by a court having proper authority or if the law changes so that it becomes invalid, unlawful or not enforceable to any extent then the clause (or part affected) will be treated as having been deleted from the remaining terms and conditions which will continue to be valid.
